Whether you’re new to the industry or a business owner, we want you to learn how to maximize your potential. In this course taught by an industry expert, we will cover the business of beauty and discuss essential topics to give you the edge you need in this highly competitive industry. From learning to budget and manage finances properly to learning how to market yourself and attract clients, we will take a deep dive into how to achieve success in beauty.

Hope Matchett is the founder and owner of the nationally-known Red Stiletto. Hope has been an industry professional for over 10 years and has studied under celebrity makeup artist Cory Bishop, who has worked for magazines such as Vogue, Elle, and Victoria’s Secret as well as with celebrities such as Catherine Zeta-Jones and Rene Zellweger. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Theatrical Performing Arts and an Associates in Business Management as well as her Professional Modeling Certification, giving her range of experience throughout the industry. Currently, The Red Stiletto is the largest event hair and makeup styling company in the Tri-State area, styling over 225 events nationwide each year, on top of their local in-salon services.

Founders Spark is a Fort Wayne based organization dedicated to connecting aspiring, new, or successful hustlers and go-getters in the startup community as well as providing them with the tools they need to succeed. We are committed to helping anyone who is at the beginning stages of their business or have an interest in mentoring others. Our programs focus on three pillars: education, mentorship, and resources.
